In Ram’s Hill we experience something totally different: an oaked Sauvignon Blanc, which is creamy, rich, yet balanced by the perfect amount of citrus acidity. Matched with baked fish dishes such as salmon or monkfish, the weight and fruit of the wine stand up to the richness of the food. The acidity cuts through, bringing a lovely balance of textures and flavours. Ram’s Hil also makes an excellent and different accompaniment to mild Camembert or Cheddar.
